Terms of Service
Effective 2026-05-29
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ArbAlpha. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any feature, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. What ArbAlpha is
ArbAlpha is an informational and analytics platform. It surfaces publicly available market data from third-party prediction market operators and computes theoretical, estimated arbitrage opportunities. ArbAlpha does not place trades, hold customer funds, custody assets, or interact with any exchange on your behalf.
2. No advice
ArbAlpha does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Nothing displayed on the platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any contract, security, or other instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for evaluating whether any opportunity is appropriate for your circumstances.
3. Nature of the data
- All calculations are estimates only.
- Arbitrage opportunities may disappear before execution.
- Market conditions may change rapidly and without notice.
- Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.
- Profitability is not guaranteed and historical results do not imply future outcomes.
- Third-party exchanges and platforms may experience outages, liquidity issues, delays, or settlement disputes outside ArbAlpha's control.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArbAlpha, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including but not limited to losses arising from:
- slippage;
- fees;
- latency;
- market movement;
- API failures;
- execution failures;
- exchange insolvency;
- settlement discrepancies; or
- technical interruptions of any kind.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use. In no event shall ArbAlpha's aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to ArbAlpha in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).
5. Intellectual property
All software, branding, designs, text, analytics models, and arrangements of information on the platform are the exclusive property of ArbAlpha or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the platform;
- operate automated agents, bots, or crawlers against the platform without written authorisation;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute ArbAlpha's analytics or output;
- attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication;
- use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where its use is prohibited;
- interfere with, disrupt, or impair the integrity or performance of the platform.
7. Account suspension
ArbAlpha reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time and without prior notice, for actual or suspected breach of these terms, abusive use, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that, in ArbAlpha's sole discretion, poses risk to the platform or other users. Refunds for unused subscription periods are at ArbAlpha's sole discretion.
8. Anti-abuse
ArbAlpha may employ rate limits, bot protection, abuse monitoring, and other technical and operational measures to protect the platform. You agree not to defeat or attempt to defeat such measures.
9. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party services (exchange APIs, hosting providers, analytics, payment processors). ArbAlpha is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
10. Changes to the service and these terms
ArbAlpha may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. ArbAlpha may update these terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration administered by a recognised arbitration body in the jurisdiction of the State of Delaware, United States. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Financial Disclaimer, Risk Disclosure, No Affiliation Disclaimer, and Experimental Software Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArbAlpha.
